All guests must participate in Bottomless Dumplings & pay the same fee, regardless of participation or dietary requirements.
Tables held 15 minutes past booking time, then may be released to waiting guests. Parties over 5 or special events enter card details via Stripe to confirm — nothing debited at booking.
Cancellation fee $20 per person: cancelled within 24h, no-show (after 15 min), or party smaller by 2+ guests without notice.
Minimum-wastage policy — excessive leftover food may be charged at $15 per plate at staff discretion. Takeaway boxes: $8 first box · $12 second · $15 each box after.
Mr Hao is a licensed premises — cocktails & alcohol are 18+. Valid NZ ID required; no ID, no alcohol for the whole party.
