Cookie Notice.

The short version of what this site remembers — and how to switch it off.

What cookies are

Cookies (and local storage) are small pieces of data saved in your browser so a website can remember things between visits — like whether you’ve already seen our welcome popup.

What we use

  1. Essential preferences (local storage)mh-consent remembers your cookie choice from the banner, and mrhao-welcome-seenstops the welcome popup showing twice. These stay on your device and aren’t sent anywhere.
  2. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) helps us see which pages get used, anonymously and in aggregate.
  3. Marketing pixel — the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel measures whether our ads work. Analytics and the pixel respect the choice you make in our consent banner— choose “Essential only” and they’re switched off.
  4. Third-party embeds— Google Maps (contact/location), the SevenRooms booking widget and our Instagram feed may set their own cookies, governed by those providers’ policies. Ordering (Your Order) and eGift (Vecport) open on the providers’ own sites.

We collect no more data than we need — just enough to run the site and see what’s working.

How to opt out

  1. Consent banner— pick “Essential only” when the banner appears. Already made a choice? Clear this site’s data in your browser (or delete the mh-consent entry) and the banner will ask again.
  2. Browser settings — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for this site. Blocking essential storage may affect small conveniences like the popup staying hidden.
  3. Provider opt-outs — Google and Meta offer their own ad/analytics opt-out controls in your account settings.
